So far we have did hear of foldable smartphones. And we now have a foldable laptop prototype. Lenovo has produced the world's first and so far only foldable PC.
At their Accelerate conference in Florida yesterday the company revealed its foldable ThinkPad X1 prototype.
The prototype uses an OLED 2 K screen of 13.3 inches, which was developed with LG and can be folded in half.
The foldable Lenovo ThinkPad X1 comes with an Intel processor and a Windows OS. However, the company does not indicate what processor model or version of the OS is used.
Lenovo did not include a prototype device performance specification, but says that the system was originally designed "for highly mobile, technologically expert who needs the best instruments."
